The staff at Harbour provide my mother with constant care. It's a relief to know that she likes the caregivers and that they treat her as if she was a member of their own family. Compassion and patience go a long way. This will be the close of her second year at Harbour and I am thankful for all that they do to make her feel at home in her new "home".
My mother was there just six days before she was taken to the ER and passed away a couple weeks later. It is taking an act of congress to refund us monies that are due and contacting the corporate office results in getting recontacted by the local staff! The company attempted to bill us for an additional month and my mother had already passed away....a total lack of compassion for my mother and our entire family!
Harbour took excellent care of my nanny Antoinette Horvath. My wife and I cannot thank them enough !
