RecommendedI just loved living here, though briefly. Residents and staff are so kind, courteous and helpful. It's peaceful, bright, cheery, clean and very safe. Because of Covid19, activities have been suspended. Safety and the well-being of residents is the utmost priority. Whoever decides to reside here, whether in an apartment or at the assisted living facility, will be fortunate and happy they chose Juniper Village.

The staff is so friendly, helpful, and their love for the residents shines through in everything they do! I know I do not have to worry about my loved ones because they are getting outstanding care one a beautiful campus!Through much appreciated regular communication, the transition from independent living to assisted living for my loved ones couldn't have been any better.

QUALITY specialized care! Everyone on the team is genuinely interested in the care and happiness of the residents. Juniper is by far one of the nicest and friendliest. I HIGHLY recommend!

There are major problems at the Terrace. The management is terrible. We have been there for 8 years and I have never seen it so bad. We are looking at alternatives. There were problems before coronavirus after Juniper took over. Now, with the lockdown in place it is worse. I feel staff is mistreating my dad, delaying meds, not answering his call bell etc. because I expressed concerns about his care. The Terrace was always a place I would recommend, but not now. My mother was a resident at the Terrace. I was assured that she was "fine" except that after being discharged ( after a 2 day delay) she is now in hospice care. My complaints predate Coronavirus and have fallen on deaf ears in the community and management. DO NOT send your loved ones to the Terrace. If your loved ones are there please make sure you can confirm that they are actually ok.
Great place to have my dad given the situation. He’s very well taken care of!!
I have to say I move my mom here in December. She used to live in independent living but needed more care. The people here at Harbor are awesome I am so happy amidst this COVID-19 crisis that my mom is here. The workers come and talk to my mom when I can’t be there, they help her, they have great meals and she is extremely happy. I am a long term employee with juniper, transitioning to the Lebanon location November 2018 after obtaining my RN. As their DOW, I am so proud of the caring and dedicated staff. Just as they welcomed a new leadership team member, every resident becomes like family as staff assist to make juniper become their home.
