Very helpful at getting me last minute accommodation when booking.com messed up my accomodation at another Gladstone hotel.
If I could give a zero i would. The lounges are filled with dust when you sit down on them you can see a cloud of dust come out, the linen was dirty in the sofa beds and worst of all they have bed bugs, I have bites all over my arms and legs. Then when you ring to let them know they don't take responsibility and blame you. Poor cleanliness and terrible customer service. DON'T STAY THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET ATTACKED BY BED BUGS.
Location makes up for lack of cleaning, found a random dirty sock behind the bed, lounge extremely dusty floor stained and smells musty , dirty linen on pull out beds when we arrived, and we all went home with bed bug biteswill stay elsewhere next time
