My name is Diana Howell. I was contacted yesterday by Ms. Osborne of Harbour, questioning this one~star review. Although I’ve had my issues with Harbour's Home Healthcare in the past, please be advised that this additional negative rating was NOT made by me. I attempted to remove this one~star rating, but waa not permitted to do so. The best I could do was to leave this qualifier, which I’m hoping Google will permit me to do, since I didn’t leave this one~star evaluation.
Caring, compassionate, and professional! The caregivers are caring and extremely professional. I wouldn’t trust the care of my loved one with anyone else! I know she’s in good hands, is happy, and well cared for. Their expert care gives me peace of mind.
Great nursing company to work with!
I would like to thank Harbour Private Duty Nursing employee Aesha for helping me during a recent Outpatient Surgical Procedure. She arrived early to transport me to the center, waited during the procedure and then transported me back home. She helped me get situated at home for my 24 hour recovery period. She is a very experienced, caring and friendly CNA. I enjoyed our conversations. This is the second time I needed her services and she did a super job both times
