Terrible management. The kitchen sink backs up every couple of months due to bad design. If you are not there to catch it your whole unit will flood and damage your stuff. The management does not take it seriously. I would not never want to live here again.

This place is on its way to being ICE Condos #2 as somebody previously stated (it’s right across the street too). There is 1 security guard that is the most wonderful man in the world named Jason. He is the only saving grace for the building and Paragon who provides security. The rest of the time security is rude, unhelpful, and I’ve even been harassed by them just trying to come into the building with a trolley (that the building provided me). They don’t actually have a swimming pool and the elevators for the higher floors are always out of service and there are always issues with the garbage chutes. They constantly chase after you even if you park for a min. The security staff give so much push back when you ask them to check if your packages arrived. They lock the path doors at 11:30pm so it becomes a mission to go home after spending a nice night out.
