I haven’t been to dentist in awhile and this was the right place to start again. No judgements and staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr Onishi is a great dentist. She communicates what needs to be done in a very gentle manner. Which brings my stress level down considerably. It doesn’t hurt that her favorite color is purple!! The doctor and most of the staff are very nice but the scheduling gives inconsistent messages regarding cancellation policy and then sends threatening “you’ll get charged” letters under the guise of being nice and “not charging you this time”. I’d rather find another dentist that has less risk of spurious charges and consistent policies communicated regarding scheduling.
