I started going to the Taperoo Surgery as a baby back in the early 70's. Upon closure, I attended the North Haven clinic. As I hadn't been unwell for a little over 2yrs I hadn't needed to see a doctor. Upon ringing to book an appointment again after 2yrs of no health concerns, I was told I am now deemed as a 'new' patient and therefore no longer able to make an appointment as they are not taking on any new clients. The receptionist was rude, abrupt and unsympathetic. After 50yrs and being told, Go find another surgery.
Always very happy with the service here.
