My fiancé and I have lived at St. Andrews since July 2019. Since then we have been through so many property managers and staff we have lost count. But the biggest issue lately is maintenance! Since 9/11/20 we have had a leak that has gone un-repaired. Calls to the office only result in the run around and flat out lies about who or when repairs when will be done. They need to increase security in addition to general safety. Needs MAJOR updates. Many residents complain about stolen property. I myself have had my car broken into - smashed my window, and a bicycle stolen - cut the lock cable. The buildings are very outdated, not only cosmetically, but structurally. Balcony railings are completely rotted. Single pane windows are rattly, extremely inefficient ecologically, frail, and generally unsafe. They’re nice, I’ve been here for almost four months. BUT you can’t have people over because even if the noise level is just a tad out of the ordinary people complain. Can’t BBQ at the apartment BBQ’s because you’ll be “too loud”. We are loud people and we have a baby who is loud as well. Can’t even play with my son without getting a noise complaint. The assistant manager even said we were loud when we were moving in to our UPSTAIRS APARTMENT. I guess we should have tiptoed. Way over priced. Buying out of this lease ASAP
RecommendedBeen here almost 4 years. It's not the cheapest place in town but you do get what you pay for. Beautiful amenities. Gym, pool, clubhouse, and the landscaping reminds me of a Hawaiian resort hotel. Over 48 varieties of rare or uncommon bamboos and palms which all have placards listing name, genus, and where it's from Spread out over the property. Large and small pet friendly and the staff is helpful.
Love it here! The grounds are beautiful and maintained weekly! Feels like living in a resort! Pool is heated, generous size spa. Clean laundry rooms. Pets are welcome, everyone picks up after their pets for the most part. Managers are sweethearts!
DON MIGUEL APARTMENTS is a great place to live . ITS every well maintain ,quite and peaceful . ALL personal is very nice . MY wife and i have been living for over 2yrs and never and any issue with living here. .MY WIFE AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
