I do not recommend this clinic. Waited two hours for subpar care. Sure the doctor was friendly but she was so judgmental about my tattoos saying how we shouldn’t have them etc and kind of just threw me off a bit. Also I tried to bring up a few things bothering me and she dismissed and said that’s enough for today I have others to see like that are waiting ok . Guess I can’t Share more than one concern.? Dr. Surtie is an incredibly kind and helpful doctor who truly listens and never says no when you need guidance. He always goes the extra mile for his patients. The staff there is also very professional and remarkably patient, even when dealing with rude or difficult patients. highly recommended!
I want to take a moment to appreciate the wonderful staff at this medical clinic. Every visit, I’m greeted by professional ladies who handle their work with patience and kindness. They always stay calm, respectful, and helpful, even when the clinic is busy. It’s unfortunate that some patients become rude or impatient because of the waiting times, especially when the staff has no control over how long certain appointments take. Dr Anaboro is wonderful, super helpful. Reception staff have poor patient care and have been rude to me and other patients. They’ve had the same issues with the receptionists for years but there have been no improvements or changes.
