I’m very unsatisfied about customer service in parts dependent at Langley location. I was there in the morning. When I enter the door right away there’s a guy no smile, no good morning and doesn’t pay attention to customers just on computer and like a boss for entire world. This was second time I was there both times I noticed this fellow is moody or races. Maybe other staff good but I never get chance to talk to any of them because this person sitting at first counter.🥶😱🤮 I’m Not going to go to this place for ever again.... read more
Wow what a fantastic branch !! Needed parts I live in northern BC Christina is amazing she took time out of her busy day to help me countless times when Edmonton international and Kamloops were useless !! They deliver don’t bother going elsewhere for parts because we all know service matters and Christina has the best customer service I have come across !!
The parts counter staff were really helpful. Maurice gave me the information I needed on a discontinue part and I was able to source it. Hurray for Maurice.
