If you ever see a home for sale by Harbour Homes, you had better find yourself a realtor that will protect the buyer. They sold me a home that had failed it's septic inspection. When it failed they told me to let them have the report and they will fix it. My report had specific instructions stating that the health department needed contacted. I come to find out it's a broken leach system that's going to cost me over 10k to fix. The health department doesn't even know how the house sold without this inspection. Had I of known... read more
