My best friend and I just moved into Harbour East Apartments and our experience so far has been absolutely amazing. Michelle is going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable here. The experience with management here has been so refreshing compared to other apartment management that I have dealt with. So far this is a great place to move and we are so happy with our decision to live at Harbor East Apartments!

During my nearly year-long stay here, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Michelle, the manager, ensured a seamless move-in and move-out process. Any maintenance requests I made were promptly resolved. Situated in a prime location near Woodman's Market, Rock Valley College, Costco, Starbucks, and more. My wife and I have lived here for about six years now. We both love it here. We’re so close to everything and Michelle (Manager) is awesome and very easy to deal with. I would and recommended Harbour East Apartments.
