I wanted to go into labor naturally with my son but he was almost 2 weeks overdue and my doctor had to set an induction date for the following Tuesday of the Thursday I went in. I had never had acupuncture done before and I was apprehensive but I was willing to try what I could to get things happening. After I was done with my appointment I was told if I don't go into labor within 24 hours to come back once more. Well the next day not even 24 hours later I was in labor! I am now a believer!
Never been so relaxed in my life! It's my bi-weekly nap! I have a lot of issues... herniated discs in my neck and my back, anxiety, allergies, arthritis...too much for a 33 year old. I have been doing massage for the past 3 years and it has been an absolute godsend. I used to not be able to sit, or it'd have to sit on a pillow and adjust constantly.
