horrible place to live – NEVER RENT HERE!!!!!!!!!! Worst place ever!! They charge fake charges, never fix anything, old ran down appliances, not new they lie and tell you your getting new, they show you a model with new everything to only move into a mess of an apartment. Terrible so glad to have moved out!!

DO NOT RENT HERE !!! – I happened to move here because it was close to my last home and my work. I moved in October of last year. Since then this place has really gone down hill. I can't even go outside after dark. I feel like I live in an inner city drug infested combat zone. New owner, three new managers and it keeps getting worse. I hope that I can live out my lease.

Shadow Run – I've read a lot of bad comments on this place and while I do see some of it, I haven't had most of the problems like sh***y management issues or bugs. I spray the apt and porch with multi-bug killer once a month out of paranoia and haven't had a problem. They will spray for you if you ask, I just like to do it myself tho. I have lived here nearly a year and resigned my lease without remorse. For me, it's for the most part quiet. DO NOT RENT HERE, UNLESS MANAGEMENT HAS CHANGED! – This apartment complex is the filthiest, and nastiest complex in pinellas county. I lived here for exactly a month and a week and found that my apartment was infested with BLACK MOLD. I repeatedly told the property manager who is extremely rude, that I had a problem, and it was NOT taken care of. In fact, I was accused of lying, and was told there was no mold whatsoever. I do not think any one should move into this complex until it is taken care of.

Never again – I have live in this complex if you want to call it that...I had moved in and thee fist months rent and th people in the office was VERY nice until i found out why.....I moved in in March paid the first month rent and the sec..and i paid the prossing fee...altogethr it came out to 1,600 dollars...the next month i paid the rent ....then i got called down to the office ..and to my surprise i was told that the people in the office they had no record of me paying any of the money...and i had 2 weeks to come up with ... read more

Rude management! – I have lived at Shadow Run for a little over a year and have had numerous problems with the appliances and the roof. This is an old complex so everything in it, on it, and around it is old and falling apart. The manager is VERY rude. I would not recommend anyone living here. The rent is too high for the quality of apartment you get.

Bad Managers – I am just disgusted with the actions concerning this apartment complex. My daughter lives in this complex and has had a really bad experience. It seems as tho she is not the only one who has had a bad experience. This place has the rudest managers I have ever witnessed in my life. I also know the reason they are so rude is because a former manager took a lot of money paid to the complex in cash by a lot of the residents. now to save face they are trying to make these residents repay their rent and water. User review by adambomb_13 – alcohol consumption in pool area along with loud vulger language I could hardly bare to expose my children.bad lighting,almost monthly home inspections by the management!
