I want to personally thank Tonya for helping me reschedule my tour after my online booking got rained out. It worked out cause my husband was able to come and see the unit as well. Tonya is very well spoken and clear with everything. She was very kind and I look forward to working with her to get our apartment and becoming harbor cay residents. The property was also very well maintained all around

It is unsafe, unsanitary, and run by management that shows zero concern for residents’ health or wellbeing. My bathtub has been painted twice already, and it’s peeling again. Each time this “repair” is done, I’m forced to leave my home for hours with nowhere to go. On top of that, the fire extinguisher in my building hasn’t been serviced since 2016—it is now 2025. Went in for a last minute tour today after I inquired about it on the phone and they were happy to help. I was greeted by Tonya and she is such a saint, very kind and welcoming, laid everything out on the table for my girlfriend and I. They’re offering a great deal and I’m absolutely on board. The units have vinyl flooring instead of carpet which is AMAZING, no nightmare stains that you can’t get out, smelled nice and clean, a beautiful patio.
