Have lived here 6 years. Things have changed, Most long term tenants have moved. Rent keeps going up and now have to also pay for the outside lighing. Apt is outdated and my carpet has been here for years, old like 60's shag. I have 10 people in the apt below me, They are loud morning noon and night, Their toddler runs up and down the road and side walk late at night screeching all the time. Office staff is great. Tonya was on top of everything for us during our move in process and with two minor maintenance issues we’ve had. Paul is wonderful and a super nice man. I’ve known him for years from my previous apartment and he does high quality work! He really also tries to connect with the residents. He asked me about my dog despite not having seen us in two years. I was super sad to have to share the news of my loss with him, but he was empathetic and kind with the news.
Let’s just say the potholes coming in should tell you everything about this place. I’ve been here since 2021 before the new company took over. The old company actually cared about you and this place. Now you have the chance of falling in a pothole when walking your dog since it’s so unbelievably dark (even though we now pay for a community lighting on our monthly bill) to getting a flat since they are so deep. the laundry machines never work and smells horrible since people just don’t care anymore and don’t leave the lids op... read more
If you’re looking for a wonderful place to stay, Harbour care is it. Looking for a place to say is an arduous and tedious process. But dealing with Beatrice and her wonderful staff made it easy and enjoyable. Thank you so much Beatrice for your kindness and patience and explaining everything.
