They should take $300 out of everyone’s rent. All the amenities here is HOT DOG WATER. All of the gym equipments are broken & have been like this for over a year. Laundry room is always dirty & has no hot water. Pool area is dirty with broken chairs. The road leading to your apartment will mess your car up because there’s a lot of pot holes. Take a look if you don't believe me Every building has security lights out Every building has broken and missing sections of gutters The missing gutter sections have caused water erosion in the soil exposing pipes in the ground causing a trip hazard The road perpetually has potholes and no sidewalks so if you have kids it's a bit of a safety issue The pool is usually closed to health violations And management is the most toxic passive aggressive people you've ever met.
