I want to personally thank Tonya for helping me reschedule my tour after my online booking got rained out. It worked out cause my husband was able to come and see the unit as well. Tonya is very well spoken and clear with everything. She was very kind and I look forward to working with her to get our apartment and becoming harbor cay residents. The property was also very well maintained all around

It is unsafe, unsanitary, and run by management that shows zero concern for residents’ health or wellbeing. My bathtub has been painted twice already, and it’s peeling again. Each time this “repair” is done, I’m forced to leave my home for hours with nowhere to go. On top of that, the fire extinguisher in my building hasn’t been serviced since 2016—it is now 2025.
