PLEASE READ BEFORE RENTING HERE!!! I have lived here for almost 9 years. Yes the rent “looks” reasonable however, you must add about $150-$200 extra a month with all their extra fees, including water (which is split equally among eight units because there is only 1 meter per building, which means you pay the same if you are one person or you have eight people in one apartment), sewer, administration costs, outside electricity cost (this is new), building insurance (this is new), trash- not to mention if you’re in a unit that... read more

I called the office about having my oven fixed three days ago. It has not been fixed. Nobody has called me back. I called the office, and spoke to maintenance on call last night. The maintenance man said he’d come in the morning. He has not. Good that my children are visiting family in another state for the summer. But what if they were here? I would not be able to cook for them. I work two jobs and can’t even come home and cook myself a meal. How pathetic. $1850 in rent for nothing
