We lived here for a little over three years. We chose this complex because it is one of the most competitively priced apartments in the region and it is in a very good neighborhood. If I ever had a need for maintenance or a concern they responded the same day, even replacing appliances when needed. They kept up on landscaping and garbage disposal, with extra runs if the dumpsters got too full. Quiet, relaxed, and affordable apartments in the heart of picturesque Gig Harbor. I lived here 2 years and couldn't have asked for a more easy going management & neighbors. Everybody kinda keeps to themselves & does their part to keep the property beautiful & quiet. The management team made everything so easy, from the leasing, the response to any of my needs in a timely manner, to the checking out process with a fair and generous return on my initial deposit. Thank you Harborwood West for all you do!
I like it here. It’s quiet and neighbors are friendly. Lots of Pretty views in the area and close to everything in town.
Genuinely loved living here so much, was soo sad to leave but I was moving out of town and couldn't stay. Management is really nice and easy to work with, and I found them to be very fair in the move out proccess. Great location, great pricing, really my only issue was that parking can be a bit rough depending on which building your in. But the pros definitely outweigh the cons here. Highly recommend!
