We lived here for a little over three years. We chose this complex because it is one of the most competitively priced apartments in the region and it is in a very good neighborhood. If I ever had a need for maintenance or a concern they responded the same day, even replacing appliances when needed. They kept up on landscaping and garbage disposal, with extra runs if the dumpsters got too full.
