Do not rent a property managed by these people. Rented VRBO on Marco Island - the place was dirty and the hot water was a trickle. A previous review noted same issue with cleanliness and hot water. We called to complain after arriving in the evening after a day of travel and flight delays. We had to wait for a plumber to fix a valve that had been broken since at least the mid January review. My husband and I initially met Reilly McGregor 4 years ago while visiting Marco Island. We fell in love with Marco Island and decided to begin the process of looking for a vacation property. Really poor overall service. We had a bad experience with one of the condos that they manage (the dishwasher did not work and there were multiple roach sightings), and they did not respond when we used their text service. I believe specifically it's the portion of this business that handles the rental properties. After we had checked out they did apologize and provide excuses for why the condo could not be treated while we were in it and a reason for why the dishwasher couldn't be repaired until a part was ordered. Rented through Harborview after VRBO unit was sold. Very helpful, answered questions via emails and any calls I made. Key pick up and drop off was easy. Only complaint was a few things about condo itself not sure if that is on them or building complex.
Reilly at Harborview Realty was the best real estate agent I've ever worked with. He is professional, responsive, helpful, and a great guy all around. Highly recommend!
