We were looking to rent an apartment at Mamaroneck area. We worked with George during this time. We decided to rent an apartment at Fenimore rd, Mamaroneck. We pointed out the horrible conditions of the kitchen and bathroom. He assured us that everything will be cleaned and neat by the start of the leasing date. We got the keys. We went to the apartment.
