if you want to never be able to contact your property manager/building owner this is the place for you. i have been trying to get in contact with them for 3 months now, and still have been unable to. they do not enforce your lease agreement, the backyard is covered in dog poop, the heat barely works in the winter, the other tenants are obnoxious, maintenance takes 10 years to fix any issues, the front and back doors which are supposed to lock upon being shut do not do that and are always broken, and now the dumpster that we ... read more
Upon move in was told they'd clean rugs, they definitely didn't! What was awful was the FLEAS. I had an 11 yr. old cat who never had a flea or a tick UNTIL we got there! 🤢 First yr I was there, I was late 2 times, not proud being honest here. Property Mgr Michelle (from Pepper Tree office in Groton) was nice about it, I paid late fees accordingly. Next Aug./ Sept. I resigned a lease for 2nd year. Paid all rents accordingly. In April I went to pay my rent at the peppertree office in Groton w money order (as usual), Property ... read more
