We stayed in these apartments for 2 years. WORST decision of our lives. On the first day we moved in the roofs started leaking. Police always chasing people around, prostitution rings in the own comfort of your home. The walls grew mold, and they just painted over them. The office managers are incredibly rude and their work ethic is so poor. They only care about getting their money. The Harbor Tree Apartment HAS BED BUGS and they will not pay to exterminate them. They will tell you that you signed a contract that you the tenant have to pay for the extermination. Keep in mind that BED BUGS can lie dormant for months and travel through walls and with the so called remodeling that they are doing it is traveling quickly to one apartment to another due to the workers walking in and out of different apartments.
