I purchased a boat this year from an individual. Took it to harbor town to have it bottom painted and fit to trailer for transportation! Every employee that I encountered was helpful and polite ! My wife and I just bought a 570 carver from Harbortowne. Michael Gianinni and crew were great to deal with. They made it as painless as possible being that we live 10 hrs. away in Maryland. We recommend them highly.
You refused to service our boat and make right the leaking roof that you repaired last year. You won't look at the backup camera that you installed this year that now doesn't work. You let us down and left us high and dry. You basically told us you don't want to work on our boat but didn't do that until we were ready to bring it to you. My husband had called 3 months ago to let you know what we wanted done and nothing was said until we were ready to bring it over.😬

I wanted Thank you for being there for us yesterday . I just bought this boat and after 3 weeks of learning her at the dock I finally took the family out on her and after 30 minutes out of the blue 'we started taking on water on a 32 ft trojan ,the bilge wouldn't do it ,we were racing back to the dock and shore power . there was over a foot of water in the lower galley then both engines stopped and we were sinking , ther were NO emergency services on the water in that area,, we luckily got a tow to your dock and with great r... read more
Mike was very good to work with, I was 4 hours away and we did a FaceTime walk thru and was sold on out boat.I would come back next time I am in the market for another boat!
