I recently moved to harbortown with my husband and daughter a year ago and it has been a great experience living here. Unfortunately, today I forgot my keys inside the house, I had called maintenance to open the door , they were on their lunch break at the time. So I had walked to the main office to see what else I can do . The lady had told me that because Im not on the lease they can’t open the door , mind you I am 9 months pregnant ! I love this place. People just need to clean up after their dogs and one thing they can do is build a fenced area for a dog park!
It’s been nearly 2 years since I’ve moved in and wrote a review and my experience remains the same. I love it here! Staff is pleasant. Maintenance guys are respectful and effective. The upkeep of the community is very well kept. Even the neighbors are friendly. I utilize the gym and never had an issue with getting a machine, cleanliness and the equipment is up to date.
Living in this building complex has become increasingly frustrating because many residents refuse to clean up after their dogs. Dog waste is constantly left on the sidewalks, grassy areas, and even near building entrances. It makes the property look neglected and creates an unpleasant environment for everyone who lives here. Beyond being disgusting, this is also a serious health and safety concern. Dog feces can carry harmful bacteria and parasites that can spread disease to other pets and even to people. I've been in HTT for 6.5 yrs. Maintenance is fantastic. Absolutely no issues. They're helpful in so many ways. The club house staff is great as well. My only issue is people block my carport all the time. I've has situations where I leave for work at 5 am and cars has been blocking me all night. I've had to have several cars towed. And I just hate doing that. Again not HTT fault. Some residents just lack common sense and consideration. Shout out to the maintenance guys for cleaning out snow from the Blizzard of 2026
