I've been in HTT for 6.5 yrs. Maintenance is fantastic. Absolutely no issues. They're helpful in ao many ways. The club house staff is great as well. My only issue is people block my carport all the time. I've has situations where I leave for work at 5 am and cars has been blocking me all night. I've had to have several cars towed. And I just hate doing that. Again not HTT fault. Some residents just lack common sense and consideration
