IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY DO NOT MOVE TO HARBORTOWN. This is the worst experience we’ve had at any apartment with the worst management. The lady at the leasing office clearly told us if we submit our intent to move out on that day we would not be charged any penalty and when the time came to give us back our security deposit they subtracted a whole months rent for “being late”. I recently moved to harbortown with my husband and daughter a year ago and it has been a great experience living here. Unfortunately, today I forgot my keys inside the house, I had called maintenance to open the door , they were on their lunch break at the time. So I had walked to the main office to see what else I can do . The lady had told me that because Im not on the lease they can’t open the door , mind you I am 9 months pregnant ! And for them to leave me out of the house pregnant and it’s hot outside is crazy to me . ... read more
I love this place. People just need to clean up after their dogs and one thing they can do is build a fenced area for a dog park!
