IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY DO NOT MOVE TO HARBORTOWN. This is the worst experience we’ve had at any apartment with the worst management. The lady at the leasing office clearly told us if we submit our intent to move out on that day we would not be charged any penalty and when the time came to give us back our security deposit they subtracted a whole months rent for “being late”. Went to a visit a friend lives In Sail return my car was missing. Come find out illegally towed. I got no help from there property manager , local police, Residents stated crime has gotten worst. I definitely would not recommend buying a townhouse..bad investment. Too much crime

I am genuinely impressed by the outstanding service delivered by Maintenance employee named Edwin his commitment, keen attention to detail, and proactive attitude toward the work order being worked on really distinguishes him.
