IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY DO NOT MOVE TO HARBORTOWN. This is the worst experience we’ve had at any apartment with the worst management. The lady at the leasing office clearly told us if we submit our intent to move out on that day we would not be charged any penalty and when the time came to give us back our security deposit they subtracted a whole months rent for “being late”. The apartment was nice, I lived here for two years. Comfortable and spacious. BUT, it Smells like weed everywhere and through your walls. I couldnt even open my window to breathe fresh air. Drug dealers living there so obvious going in and out all day and night and also disrespectful people blasting music until 5am on the weekends, I COULDNT DO IT ANYMORE!
