Lived here for about 15 months in Phase 3 (Monaco Terrace). Absolutely loved it. Apartments are very spacious inside, amazing & quiet location, plenty of parking, beautiful grounds, very well kept. Maintenance was prompt and respectful any time we had an issue that needed fixing. Office staff is knowledgeable and kind. No complaints here! Would recommend Harborside to everyone.

Everything about this place is awesome; the price is right, the properties are beautiful and well maintained, the staff is old school appreciative and friendly. I couldn't ask for a better place to call home.
My husband and I lived here for about 6 years before moving into a single family home. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on Harborside and we absolutely loved it there. Any complaints or issues we had- which were minimal- were taken care of immediately and professionally. The office staff were always very friendly and it is a great place to live. Definitely the best and most reasonably priced apartments in the Harford County area.
More than 22 years here! It's a wonderful place and really home!
