Excellent service, the wait time was short, delightful ambiance!
My husband & I went to Harborside Restaurant for my birthday. The salad was great, then they brought out my seafood plate Which consist of 2 scollops, 4 shrimps & white fish which was $19.99 The fish was raw - sent it back they brought it back and still raw. The management said she was taking it off the check - well low and behold best her sole - she took $5.00 dollars off. Really!!! It's not that I wonted a free meal I can surly pay for my own food. It's the principle... My thoughts is - save your money - go somewhere else
After 24 hours, I am still in shock regarding my experience at Harborside. Three people at my table ordered the same item. Fetticini Alfredo- one person had shrimp, one had chicken and I ordered it with both chicken and shrimp-when they came to the table, mine had less than a cup of pasta in it- while the two other dishes had a cup and half (or more) of pasta- mine, with the chicken and shrimp in it, didn't even pop up above the level of the rim of the bowl- I made a comm...Continue Reading

Went online to order take out oyster and catfish 11.99 shrimp 10.99 oyster 7 very small under cooked got home bill said 17.95 catfish 15.95 shrimp 16.95 menu said came with homemade chips when ordered I dont eat chips so girl said to get fries would be upgrade got all fried said quit making chips last week all tasted frozen called back girl said when we came back get 5 more oyster and some sides bill 20. Dollars more then menu said would be . None of us eat the fries

The staff was so nice to my husband and I. They kept coming to check on us and even the manager made sure we were okay. The food was so good.
Wait staff is amazing, so is the tuna. We had an issue with the salad being served before we finished our appetizer, then they attempted to serve our entree before we finished the salad or the appetizer. Hate to say, but for a relatively expensive meal, I don't like being rushed... When they returned our entrees, my rice was mush and the scallops rubbery and overcooked. It was returned to the kitchen, and the new entree was on point.
