Service was bad never got a refill on water took forever to get our food. The food was good but I had a bad taste in my mouth waiting to long

We ate at Harborside yesterday with our family (a pretty large group) and had a truly great time. The lake is breathtaking, our kids got a kick out of the boats coming and going. The service was on point, especially for such a large group. The food was great, appetizers were ahi tuna and gator bites � were awesome, all food was fresh and right on time. We really enjoyed our meals and we'll definitely be back!
Excellent atmosphere. A view beyond compare. Delicious food. Fabulous Service. These are just the a few reasons why Harborside receives the 5-Star rating from me. Nik and Adam, our servers, managed our 20+ hungry group with ease and kindness. We enjoyed our experience at this restaurant and look forward to a return visit.
Awesome experience! I’ve been here before over the years when I come to visit my good friends who like on this chain of lakes. But it sure has changed since last time I was here! Fancy!! Great food, excellent ambience
Myself and my group went to the Harborside this afternoon. The atmosphere is casual yet classy. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The sangria was outstanding - it hit the spot on a hot day. I sampled from several appetizers our group ordered and enjoyed the salmon, gator bites and the banging shrimp. First impression are everything, this was awful... Manager was disrespectful ( I didn’t get his name) night manager a guy..sat at the table at 7:15 , 8:40 still no food... drinks and appetizers at 7:40. The manager had the nerve to say may just so you know this type of restaurant the wait time is 1 1/2... After going backwards and forward I stated the table behind me was seated 20 minutes after our table and they are eating, he says depending on what you ordered � His attitude was degrading and I felt belittle... poor repres... read more
Server was inappropriate and made a rude joke poking fun at my father. Management and the server owe him an apology. Inefficient and slow service. Salads weren’t served until the entrees were nearly ready to bring out and I doubt more than 2 or 3 minutes elapsed before our meal hit the table. Then there was the inability to keep two different cards and bills straight in spite of having them in two separate server books.
