Ordered the Saturday night prime rib special. Looked great until you tried to cut it and eat it. Tougher than a year in Polk county jail! Said they're sorry and took it off the bill. That's it, never heard from a manager, nothing, pretty poor for a $22 ruined evening!
Prime rib special was tough as shoe leather! Not hardly an apology from anyone, sure they took it off the bill, it was inedible! Very disappointed on what should have been a special dinner!
RecommendedOur server was helpful with suggestions. Food was well prepared and presented, and hot when it reached the table. I had stuffed flounder with vegetable medley (very rich), husband had lobster and crab alfredo (huge portion),and our friend had the fish tacos. All good, but our alligator bite appetizer was the best I had tasted...meat was moist, and breading perfectly seasoned. We will return!
This is a great place to eat. The food is wonderful, the location and view is beautiful and the service is awesome!!! We went to celebrate a family member's birthday. We had a large party and everything was terrific!!!
Tonight we went out for my Birthday dinner. So we chose harborside. The only thing good was our waitress she was great. My husband had the fish sandwich he said no flavor at all. I had the shrimp fettuccine Alfredo and a side of stuffed shrimp. It was gross the Alfredo was so thick and it had a fishy smell the stuffed shrimp were soggy and smelled bad. My daughter had the bbq chicken the parsley over powered the chicken and her mashed potatoes were loose and watered down! Ruined birthday dinner and I will never return!

We had our 17th Anniversary. Great staff and the food was great.
