Beautiful view, wonderful amenities, hands down best complex in town
This place was really torn up by Hurricane Ian. Before the hurricane, these were condominiums. Now, it seems that new management has stepped in and turned the condos into apartments. They’ve also painted the whole thing a stark white. Signs say $3000+ a month to rent an apartment here. It doesn’t appear that many people seem to live here. It looks like one or two apartments have been rented out. I hope they’ve fixed everything, especially considering the extensive damage and flooding caused by Ian.
Good place for rent home
Simply the best harbor spot in the area.
