I stayed at Harborside while visiting a friend and had such a great experience. Morning coffee by the water, stunning sunset views and walks out on the pier were highlights. The apartment felt new with a beautiful modern kitchen and the community itself felt calm, welcoming, clean and well cared. The ideal waterfront lifestyle.

This place was really torn up by Hurricane Ian. Before the hurricane, these were condominiums. Now, it seems that new management has stepped in and turned the condos into apartments. They’ve also painted the whole thing a stark white. Signs say $3000+ a month to rent an apartment here. It doesn’t appear that many people seem to live here. It looks like one or two apartments have been rented out. I hope they’ve fixed everything, especially considering the extensive damage and flooding caused by Ian.
