Harborside Hospice was wonderful throughout the whole process. Cecilia, Nicole and Mark were caring, compassionate and always available for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering hospice care for a loved one.
"I am deeply disappointed by the lack of care and compassion shown by Harborside Hospice and their employee Maria. Not only was the care provided to my friend subpar, but after their passing, the business failed to acknowledge it in any way. A simple phone call to express condolences would have been the bare minimum, yet we received nothing. This lack of basic human decency speaks volumes about their priorities. I cannot say enough great things about this organization. In fact, I found the owner of the company and sent a personal message raving about the experience I had had with my mother. The team I had, not only made my mother comfortable, they were always available, thorough, knowledgeable and answered every question I came up with. I was with another hospice group for my husband and I switched over to Harborside after my experience with them caring for my mother in a facility. David was my husband's nurse, Trish was his Social worker and Brenda was his CNA.
