I first had a hearing test about 3 years ago and although I decided to hold off getting hearing aids I was so impressed by their staff that when I decided I needed to do something I knew I wouldn’t check out any place else. In August I returned and decided the time was right. I got them and not only am I very happy with the aids, I’m even happier with their support in every issue I’ve had. They not only solve my problem but do it with such a pleasant attitude that I’d never go anywhere near lse.

I needed a hearing aid repair and live in Chatham and Atlanta. The aids were purchased in Atlanta where I've been going for 25 years. I told the receptionist at Harborside that I didn't remember whether my aids were under warranty and was told I didn't need to check with my provider on this which I assumed meant they would check it out. I was charged $150 for the repair part, (it took 5 minutes to install ) but with no mention of warranty coverage.
