Horrible - I bought a car and had to get coverage that day. They quoted me $1500 for the year but when I got my policy it was only 6 months - total scammers. And yes he did send the email below but nothing was resolved and did not return my emails/call. I was quoted $488 from another company for insurance for 6 months.
