Harborside environmental came out to spray our apartment today. Taylor was our tech and he did an excellent job. He clearly explained the treatment process, what the solution consisted of, any safety hazards for our pets and newborn, and what steps we should take afterwards. Great communication and very professional!
Tayler was so understanding and empathetic. I have complete faith in the measures he put in place. He really helped put my mind at ease and I appreciate that so much!
