Absolutely love the community. My girlfriend and I just moved from Miami a week ago and have had not one complaint whatsoever. The apartment is pristine with updated appliances, wood floors and new carpet. The community is clean with beautiful views in all directions, residents are quiet, and staff is very helpful. There's a fitness center, a unique pool, and a gazebo on the water for fishing and small gatherings. Would highly recommended Harborside to anyone considering moving into this area.

Our vehicle was stolen from inside the locked gates no video cameras. Management offered no help what so ever. Then tried to charge us for new carpet because of urine stains from dogs on carpet pad and we don't even have dogs.
