Very clean and friendly. Steps away from the ferry to Madeline Island and the Apostle Islands tours. Walkable downtown. Small rooms but very clean. Private parking lot. Would go back!

We stayed in Room 3 over the Memorial Day weekend (2017) and were quite impressed. This is a second-floor room with a private balcony overlooking Lake Superior. The room was spacious with a good bed, television, small sitting area with table, shower, and mini-fridge. The private balcony also offered two chairs and a table. The room was finely decorated, above and beyond what we expected. Overall, I would definitely recommend this room, and would easily stay here again. Old school motel with a comfortable bed and a master blaster shower head. The price point is right on. All the necessities are here and in this town you don't need the frills because all of your time will be spent out and about.
