Very terrible bank. Worked with them and deposited over 130 thousand dollars and someone scammed me on the internet for 17 thousand dollars and I reported it to HarborOne bank and HarborOne bank spit in my bank and closed my account. Do not bank with them. They give no protection to your account for scammer and thieves. Shut this bank down. Kick them out of Southie. The most important thing about this bank was the people were evil. Especially in the call center.

I went to this bank because I was tired of getting fees/non- friendly tellers who could care less that my life savings is in their banks n they use MY MONEY to give loans out with high interest rates, yet they don't care to even know my 1st name. Harbor One knows who I am and very friendly to all their clients 😁
Alberto Balbi worked as a notary for me. Is really professional, and he explains all of the accounts that the bank offers to me at my age. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I received excellent service from Alberto when I opened my account and learned how to use the features in the bank's app. He still helps me today when I have any questions. I highly recommend him.
