2026 Update: I want to update my review now that Dr. Emily Amrhein is our primary vet to share that all of my sentiments still stand. Dr. Amrhein is kind, caring, and thoughtful with me and my cat and dog and is obviously very passionate and enthusiastic about caring for animals. I am very confident in her advice, guidance, and treatment. The same goes for newer staff members. We brought our dog in for a sore leg, and we possibly thought it was lyme disease, and had booked an appt for a lyme test. They took her out of the exam room and "examined" her when we were not present and came back a few minutes later wanting to do all kinds of tests and scans which would cost almost $900 and have no real solution yet. As soon as we told the vet we were not planning to spend all kinds of money on her, she turned into an unpleasant person. Really felt that all they wanted was our money.
