My dad has been living at The Preston of the Park Cities for over two months now and the experience has been fantastic. He is really enjoying the people, the activities, the facilities, and the food. I visit and dine with him frequently and can personally attest to the friendliness of the entire staff and the quality of the food. I highly recommend The Preston.
More than a 5 star place. Great staff too
My only experience with this facility is through walking a resident's dog. Unfortunately because it is a large dog, many of the caretakers are too scared to do their job well. On several occasions I have mentioned my concerns with the front desk and none of them have been addressed. Overall, the caretakers themselves are overworked, understaffed, and undertrained for dealing with residents' pets.
I am beyond impressed with a Place for Mom. They found me the perfect place for my 91-year-old parents – the Preston of the Park cities. A Place for Mom was unbelievably helpful to someone like myself who was navigating this for the first time. Their attention to detail, their communication, their efforts, and their compassion made this process so incredibly simple for me. Finding the Preston of the Park cities was a dream come true.
