I can't say enough good things about HarborChase Naperville and the people that live and work there. We just moved my FIL in last week and the staff has been wonderful. Not only is he being well taken care of but everyone including the residents have been so friendly and welcoming. The apartments and grounds are clean and comfortable. I looked at various memory care facilities in Naperville area for my sister. I opted for Harbor Chase with the upscale welcoming feel, spacious rooms and nice floor plan which aids for socialization. Sales Director is visible to ensure everything is going well. Memory care director, activity and care staff are kind, compassionate and attentive. The food is excellent! Our family is very pleased that our loved one is happy and well cared for.
HarborChase communicates to its members that if one is to be in transition (dying), that one relative who is not a member of HarborChase is allowed to sleep at HarborChase one single night in order to spend time with the dying HarborChase member during their last moments of life. The staff went out of their way to make my sister feel welcome. They took good care of her and all her special needs. The food is good and the facilities are always clean with lots of activities available. I would recommend Harbor Chase to anyone looking for a new home.
