Such a supportive and compassionate group of people looking out for my loved one. We feel so lucky to have found HarborChase, and particularly appreciate the care, time, attention and positive attitude memory care director Thanh and the team provides - not just for our resident, but our family too.
Admin is horrible, Money hungry and unprofessional. Memory care director seems clueless. Moving my mom out soon. Worst place ever! Owners don’t give a crap
I can't say enough good things about HarborChase Naperville and the people that live and work there. We just moved my FIL in last week and the staff has been wonderful. Not only is he being well taken care of but everyone including the residents have been so friendly and welcoming. The apartments and grounds are clean and comfortable.
