The staff here is always friendly and nice. They always say hello at the door and welcome you to the facility. Also, I feel that the wait time is also good. Sometimes they take you right on the spot. I was a half hour early for my scheduled appointment and they took me right away, and I didn't have to wait. Dr. Nicole Demars is always asking how things are going and has a good relationship with her patients.
I thought that my exam was thorough and the cleaning was fine- I liked the hygenist

Amazing and fun dental visit as always!!!
I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a friendly staff at the Long Grove Dental. It is the first place where my x-rays did not hurt a single bit. I will continue to come to LGD for as long as I live.

I was very impressed with the professional decor, cleanliness, and excellent service. I was greeted immediately and given clear directions on how to complete my paperwork on the iPad. I appreciate the up-to-date technology used- from the reception area to the dental room. It not only saves on paper, but it makes my profile easy to change.
