Lived here for several years. At first, the front office staff as professional and competent, but that had changed over the years. The turnover was really high. Standards changed, and the front office staff had become rude and nasty. They acted as if they were doing us a favor when we came in to address concerns. The employees of Concord Management need to be taught the basics of customer service and just simply being polite. They must work in that office because they can't get a job anywhere else. Terrible service, oh and don't get me started on how rude the office ladies are. The manager is nice to your face and will promise you whatever she feels you need to hear and then not come through! Burnt out bulbs and a broken ice maker does not take 3 months to address!
