I have to agree with Grace. I lived here for some many years when this park was in good running condition. I moved out over 4 months ago. Could not stand the on-site managers and even as Grace points out; Anne James. Grace said it all about her. I have in the passed tried to talk to this women and believe me, you can't talk to her. She would yell at you for no reason. I have witnessed for years at our Rent Review Board, Anne would stand up under "OATH" and would lie to the Rental Board. Living in this mobilehome park for the last 20yrs, I have to say the last 4 yrs this park has gone down to the dumps. Actually, I am talking about on site managers. Our on site-Manager Winnie and Gene Olga are the poorest managers we ever had in the park history. They can care less about us. The don't do anything for the park, but to cause alot of friction and tension among us homeowenrs. They try to fine trouble aganist homeowners for stupied stuff.
