The super here is amazing and will help with anything he can. The owners are horrible! They have no consideration for the tennants. The woman that you deal with in the office in ny has a serious attitude problem. During hurricane Irene, when the building was out of power for 4 days, we contacted the owner to try and get a generator just to run one elevator (10 story building, lots of senior citizens and handicapped tennants) and they refused. Wished I would have never moved. Place is very well taken care of. Water views are amazining, place is very well maintained. Great find.
