First of all these guys have zero customer service skills, tried to call in twice before going in & the guy answering purposely hung up the phone twice on me. Second, they had ridiculously long lines with others patiently waiting while they all stood around & chat nonsense among themselves or with customers not realizing that they have 9 plus people in line waiting. I would avoid coming here unless you absolutely have no other choice.
