This was my first apartment ever & they approved & welcomed me with open arms. I lived here for almost a decade. To be honest, the only reason it was difficult to truly end the lease, is because of the hard working maintenance team who seriously deserve a raise. They run the show at harbor terrace, maintain property, clients, events, and fixed all my issues within a day. They are very knowledgeable, and PROFESSIONAL. Your apt may be renovated... but if the apartment above you has damaged subflooring... you just have to listen to the tenant's million footsteps and stomps per day and be startled by their dropped heavy objects... per 11:50a July 3, 26!
