Have lived here for the past year with my father and it’s been quiet good and really reliable for us. For a 2 bedroom it’s pretty good the only things I would ask to be cleaned/fixed is the stairwells on either side because of cobwebs/spiders and sometimes one of the machines for washing or drying may not work but the rest do! Overall pretty good, there is accesible parking but even some days after evening there is no available parking in front or the sides so I always park in the back which is -public- for anyone to use!
I have Lived at Harbor Terrace for 5 years and let me just say that my experience is incredible!!!!!!. The service is top notch! Shout out to Paola for always working to ensure that my family has an amazing experience as part of the community. The residents are also warm, friendly and neighborly. Shout out to the facilities team who always address the repairs. Pedro and Juan are super respectful and absolutely professional. Adam also delivers on promises he makes for capital improvements.
