I really like this place to live. Only complain I have is the increase every year in rent, is to high And I think they don't value and try to keep the good people they have. I have over 9 years and the rent payment goes up like crazy, making the good ones get out . But maintenance and management is good in service. Work this out management!!!! Still rent bill is crazy for one room.
I want to give a big shoutout to Juan (maintenance) for coming over and fixing my closet door in record time! He always does his work with a smile and is such a kind-hearted person. Thank you for your excellent service!
They will still your money if you don’t pay on time the fee is way higher then what they told you also the people from their office don’t help you when you have a question like they should
