We just moved my dad in and the staff was so helpful and understanding. Everyone was friendly and guided my brother and I step by step on placing our dad on the dementia and Alzheimer’s floor. The place was so clean and the staff is amazing. I feel that my father is in the best place possible. Thank you to all the staff that we met.
I recently transferred my mother from another facility. Moving to Veranda has been the best move ever for my Mom during her Dementia journey. Tamara, Luz, Navaah and Stacy have made this transition unbelievably smooth. Their level of professionalism, compassion and understanding towards my family during this time has been very welcoming . Would never recommend this place unless u absolutely hate your family
My mother is a recent new addition to the memory care facility. Luz and Tamara have been such a tremendous help to my family during this difficult time. Both helped to make the process as smooth as possible.
I took care of my parents from 2024 , lost my mom and still had my Dad. I found out I was sick and couldn’t continue to care for my Dad. My Journey was not easy I tried a couple of nursing homes. I was told I needed to take him to emergency and say I couldn’t care for him anymore. I was upset, I didn’t want to leave my Dad like if he was an animal, I felt that the system has failed the elderly in need. I didn’t know what to do, I felt so overwhelmed.
