This place DOES NOT fix anything in a timely manner and there is almost never a someone available to address issues, not in person or over the phone. And when my dad does confront management they are rude to him what a way to treat someone who is 87 years old. My dad has been dealing with a broken heater for years and the sound gets worse each day.
