Pay for the lake view with a balcony! Worth it. The location alone is worth booking this hotel, but the cute upgrades to a dated space are nice as well. Staff is super helpful and friendly, both pools were VERY clean, wifi is good, and I love the mobile checkout as well as a text for when our room was ready. We can’t wait to stay here again with the kids as a quick getaway from IL.
Such a beautiful area. Stayed here to visit family and enjoyed a dinner on the deck at the adjoining restaurant, Geno's, watching the sunset over Lake Geneva. Service was exceptional. My husband has limited mobility, staff provided a shower chair and toilet seat lift. Accessible parking was super convenient and elevator very close to doors. Rooms are clean and spacious and views are spectacular. Will definitely stay here again!
Harbor Shores has a very accommodating, professional and friendly staff. The entire property and rooms are well maintained. The rooms are exceptionally clean as well as the public areas such as the lobby, hallways, gym and pool areas. The location is great with a view of the lake (or park) and is walking distance to main street for shopping and restaurants.
