Stayed with a tour group so not sure on value. Room recently remodeled with walk in shower, fire place, microwave, frig., sink, a few plates, etc. Right across from lake, walking distance to shopping & eating. As a tour group we had bfast brought in, but don't think otherwise included.
Peacefully located right on the Lake Front of Lake Geneva. The rooms are spacious and cozy. The Service is 5 stars and was a great experience for our family. The best part about staying here is the beautiful Sunset that sets to the West every night. "Best view in Lake Geneva"
DISAPPOINTED: I stayed for one night from May 1–2, 2026, and unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet expectations—especially for the $300 nightly rate. The pool was cloudy, which was disappointing. Both bed comforters in our room had visible stains. We requested replacements from the front desk, but the one we received was also stained.
