How long does it take to fix an elevator? The elevator closest to my apartment has been broken since June 22! What was a fifty foot trek to the elevator closest to my apartment, is now a five hundred foot trek to the only functioning elevator in the building, not an easy task when you have a disability, wear a leg brace and use a walker.
