Bought a part from the owners said I wanted a rear rack for scooter the owner said he knew what to order showed him a picture. The part was wrong he ordered the fender not a rack and won't take back with out a $20 charge and when I went to the shop now he wants $65. He says he has to make money it's the wrong part! This place has really poor customer service. I have added pictures so you can see that he didn't order the correct part and wants to charge for his mistake. Poor customer service. Friendly honest shop keeper. Even though I did not purchase anything this trip, when I am ready I will be back to this establishment to do so.
